We want you and your pet to love every purchase from Erogo Pets. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at ashleymiab17@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
