Erogo Pets sells pet-related products through a dropshipping model. Products may be supplied and shipped by third-party suppliers, including international suppliers.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment providers.

4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or system errors
  • Supplier stock issues

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times range between 7–21 business days.

Due to the nature of dropshipping, delivery times may vary and delays may occur due to customs, courier services, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Consumer Protection (CPA Compliance)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, customers have the right to cancel and return goods within 7 days of receiving their order.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

8. Limitation of Liability
Erogo Pets shall not be held liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by third parties
