We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Cooling-Off Period
Customers have the right to cancel and return goods within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

Returns Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
